Placing your order : 2 weeks turnaround time, after your paid order. Handmade, molded into perfection. First we have to construct your box, then acoustically design it, then acoustically tested, package order out for shipping. When your orders 100% ready will notify you with your tracking number. 
2. Shipping rates: customer our fully responsible for all shipping charges, products will be shipped with insurance to cover the cost of your order in case damage occurs when shipping. that way both parties are covered.
